- Two cups of crushed saltine crackers
- One lemon
Remove the whole bones and skin of the walleye fillets. Cut the fillets into the pieces.

Before dipping the walleye fillets into the second bowl, then the first bowl, and finally the third bowl, place them on a separated plate.

2) Flash baked walleye fillets
- Four pieces of walleye fillets
- Three tbsps. of salted butter
- ½ tsp. of dried basil

- One pinch salt
- One cup of ground pecan meal

- 4 walleye fillets
- ¼ tsp. of ground paprika
- ¼ tsp. of garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. of onion powder
- 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil
- +1 tbsp. of butter
Combine an egg with the garlic powder, paprika, salt, onion powder, and cayenne pepper after starting beating in an even way.
Prepare a shallow dish after evenly spreading the pecan meal.
Dip the pieces of walleye fillet into the mixture combined the egg with others and then the pecan flour.
